I've worked with Ms. Jen and her organization throughout my high school and undergraduate studies. I have witnessed firsthand the incredibly remarkable and direct impacts Bess the Book Bus has made on communities in need.
However, the pandemic and its challenges have forced Ms. Jennifer to reevaluate the foundations of how Bess operates. The current bus has logged over 240K miles and can no longer provide reliable transport to schools. So, Bess the Book Bus is raising funds for a new and improved bus!
